2. No-Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons:

Game Bans: We do not guarantee that our software is 100% undetectable. You use our services at your own risk. No refunds are provided for account bans or suspensions.

System Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware and software (Windows version, BIOS settings, antivirus, etc.) meet the requirements listed on our product pages before purchasing.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you no longer wish to use the software or if you purchased the wrong product by mistake.

Downtime: Temporary service interruptions due to game updates, maintenance, or technical improvements do not qualify for a refund.

3. Limited Exceptions

A refund or a time extension may be granted at the sole discretion of the mastercheats.cc administration only if:

The software has never been activated (the license key remains unused).

A technical issue on our side makes the software completely non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (usually 72 hours).

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute through a payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card) without contacting our support first will result in:

Permanent termination of your mastercheats.cc account.

Blacklisting of your Hardware ID (HWID) and IP address from all our current and future services.

Reporting of the fraudulent activity to relevant anti-fraud databases.
